Environmental Innovations mission is to create and safely produce environmentally friendly products that enhance the quality of life for all living things on the planet. Additionally, Environmental Innovations supports and encourages the development, proper use, and management of sustainable resources.
The Vision of Environmental Innovations
Environmental Innovations is a company dedicated to the development, education and effective use of renewable resources for the betterment of the planet.
A key focus is the understanding that there is more than simply maintaining and/or being able to renew resources such as soil, water, air, power and the living organisms that are a part of the planet and the human experience.
It is recognizing that the human is a resource that is also a part of the larger living organism, planet Earth. It is the inter-relationship of all the components and an understanding of the constant evolving nature's of the different components of the living earth that is at the heart of Environmental Innovation's focus of developing environmentally friendly products and clean eco-friendly self sustaining processes.
The company was founded in 1997 by Michael W. Maffei. Through his efforts a number of processes and products have been developed to address a wide array of issues. Biofuel production; reforestation; all natural de-icing products; low emission furnaces for clean generation of power and the handling of plant, paper, and food waste; and carbon based, low nitrogen fertilizers and plant growth accelerants.
